Our ethos is to serve food of an unstinting standard by freshly preparing dishes from scratch. We grind our own blend of meats, smoke our own eggplants, freshly prepare dough every day, and even make our own yoghurt. These are but some of the many tasks our kitchen tirelessly performs to create that perfect bite.
