Delivery & Collection FAQ
Find answers to common questions about our catering delivery and collection services.
We deliver islandwide across Singapore with some exceptions. Delivery to certain locations such as Sentosa, Jurong Island, and restricted-access areas may not be available or may require special arrangements.
If you're unsure whether we deliver to your area, please contact us via WhatsApp at +65 9434 6026 and we'll be happy to confirm.
Delivery fees vary based on your location and order size. The exact delivery fee will be confirmed via WhatsApp after you place your order.
Free collection is always available at our restaurant if you prefer to pick up your order yourself.
We offer delivery slots from 12:00 PM to 9:30 PM daily. You can select your preferred time slot when placing your order.
Please note that delivery timing is +/- 60 minutes of your chosen time slot, depending on traffic conditions.
Your delivery date and time will be confirmed via WhatsApp after checkout.
Please allow at least 3 days advance notice for all catering orders. This gives our kitchen team sufficient time to prepare your food fresh and arrange logistics.
For larger orders or special requests, we recommend ordering 5-7 days in advance to ensure availability.
Same-day orders: We accept same-day orders for Everyday Comforts, Lunch Bag, Tray Bakes, Ready To Cook, and Sweet Treats subject to availability. Please contact us via WhatsApp to check.

Your collection time will be confirmed via WhatsApp after you place your order.
After your order has been made, our team will contact you via WhatsApp to:
- Confirm your order details
- Confirm your delivery/collection date and time
- Provide the total cost including delivery (if applicable)
- Arrange payment
Your order is only confirmed once you receive confirmation from our team.
If you need to make changes to your order (date, time, items, or delivery address), please contact us via WhatsApp at +65 9434 6026 as soon as possible.
We may not be able to accommodate changes made less than 2 days before your scheduled delivery/collection date.
Should no one answer the door at the time of delivery, our delivery personnel will call or text you. If you are unable to receive the order yourself, please arrange for someone to receive it on your behalf.
Our drivers are unable to wait for longer than 5 minutes at the delivery location.
In the event that nobody is available to receive the items, our driver may leave the items at a safe location such as outside the door or with building security. We are not responsible for the condition of items after delivery has been completed.
Unfortunately, we are unable to re-route deliveries on the day of delivery. Our drivers work according to a fixed route and schedule that is planned in advance. Going off route would delay other orders.
If you need to change your delivery address, please contact us at least 2 days before your scheduled delivery date.
It is the sender's responsibility to ensure that the delivery address is correct and that someone is available to receive the items during the delivery time slot.
Upon receiving your order:
- Please check that all items are correct and in good condition
- Consume within 2 hours of delivery for best quality
- If not consuming immediately, refrigerate right away
- Keep meze dips and salads chilled until serving
- Reheat hot items according to the instructions provided

Disposable cutlery is available as an add-on option when you place your order. Each cutlery set includes forks, knives, spoons, and napkins per meal ordered.
Simply tick the "Add disposable cutlery" checkbox when customising your order.
Yes, we deliver to office buildings. However, please note that deliveries to office buildings may experience delays due to:
- Security clearance requirements
- Visitor pass registration
- Loading bay scheduling
Please provide clear delivery instructions including building name, unit number, and any access codes or security procedures when placing your order. This helps ensure a smooth delivery experience.
